How this approach supports a Collective, Liberatory org Culture:

Facilitating With a frame work of Racial Equity and Generative Somatics That builds Organizational Capacity Building and Transformation

  • A shift happens when we bring the neurological and body experience into foundational pieces: language, analysis, and history of systemic racism. Incorporating neurosomatics allows the exploration of the somatic impact on our work. My aim is to support practices for true transformation, for individuals and for the organization as a whole. We will center vital tools for working in community, prioritizing relationality, all within a framework that integrates how we hold and extend these experiences in our bodies, interactions, and energies.

  • Training & Planning—yes, you have done so much of this, AND then how do you put all that Knowledge and Intention into daily practice?Naming and delving deep into the values of an organization and what these values look like in practice opens opportunities to move our organizational culture, policies, and programmatic work toward a praxis–practice rooted in lived values. Strategy and planning matters, and it matters most when it is evident in daily interactions and functioning of how our orgs work in the world.

  • My focus is always for establishing collective practices for groups dedicated toward building skills together, sharing experiences, and leaning into accountability for what is ongoing work toward liberatory work and world cultures.
